I build mission-critical software systems across enterprise SaaS, real-time infrastructure, geospatial systems, and avalanche/climate technology.
I’m based in Colorado and run Kaska, an independent consulting practice focused on hard technical systems. My work spans enterprise SaaS, geospatial platforms, real-time sensing, avalanche forecasting infrastructure, and software built for harsh physical environments. I like building systems that have to work in the real world under real constraints.
Previously, I helped scale KITE from engineer #2 to CTO through acquisition into Nucla. I’ve also built software supporting 22 of 24 U.S. avalanche centers and real-time infrastructure operating at -20°F across North America.
